Ask Darryl Ramm who knows a lot more about ssd's than anyone I know of he posts here on a regular basis.ოპერაციული სისტემა: Windows 7, 8/8.1 or 10 (32- or 64-bit) Please clarify something: do you actually have 3 partitions on an ssd? You never, ever want to partition an ssd. Besides having separate drives for recording and samples makes it way easy for doing backups. Given the speed/random access nature of SSD's and the fact that there's no head to hunt for data, is a dedicated audio drive still necessary for PT12+? I'm inclined to think no, but I'd appreciate some input from those who have experimented long enough with this to be able to give definitive answers. It's been quite a while since I came this way. Please forgive me if this topic has been addressed elsewhere.
